STEO — Terms & Conditions and Privacy Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using the STEO application (“STEO”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to this combined Terms & Conditions and Privacy Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

STEO is a wellness, journaling, challenge-based, and personal-growth application. It provides mindset prompts, reflective exercises, educational content, and access to the STEO Shop where users can redeem points (“coins”) for partner products, services, or discounts. These Terms explain how the app works, how your data is handled, and your responsibilities as a user.

After you redeem or purchase from a Partner, your relationship is directly with them. STEO is not responsible for delivery issues, product quality, delays, cancellations, outcomes, or refunds (unless explicitly handled by STEO). All post-purchase support is managed by the Partner.
